Push Rod

A rod operated by cams that opens and closes the valves in an internal combustion engine. A push rod is a part of an internal combustion engine that rests in the top of a valve lifter and goes up into the rocker arm. This rod, being hollow, also channels oil up from the lifter and out of the rocker arm. This oil cools the valve spring as well as lubricates the rocker arm.

Rocker Shaft Assemblies

A Rocker Arm Assembly is a group of several Rocker Arms, a rocker shaft, rocker arm brackets, spacers, springs and supports. These components are pre-assembled into groups in such a way that the system can be mounted directly on the engine head and it can be easily ready to use. These parts can be supplied separately also as per requirements.

Shaft & Pins

Pin is a holding device, used to lock two devices. A pin is inserted where a shaft and coupling meet so that they don't get disengaged and also the torque is transferred.

Shaft is any circular c/s element used to transfer power, mount other mechanical elements. They can be solid or hollow.

Castings

Casting is the process of pouring a liquid metal into a mould of specific dimensions in order to obtain a desired shape. Casting is preferred in industries as it is cost effective and produces dimensionally accurate components. Casting can be carried out using most metals, however the metals most predominantly used are iron, aluminium, steel and copper based alloys.

U-Bolts & Tappets

A U-bolt is a bolt in the shape of the letter U with screw threads on both ends.U-bolts have primarily been used to support Leaf spring suspension system, where they are used to support and hold the leaves of Suspension system together.

A tappet is most commonly a component in an internal combustion engine which converts the rotating motion of the camshaft into linear motion of the valves, either directly or indirectly.
