These parts are pre-assembled into groups so that the system can be put directly on the engine head and quickly be made ready for operation. Depending on the customer's needs, these components can also be supplied separately. GPP India offers single-cylinder to multi-cylinder rocker shaft assemblies for applications requiring overhead CAM or non-overhead CAM. In order to ensure that we are delivering high-quality products to our customers, rocker shafts are produced using the gun drilling or tubes route and are examined at every stage of production, from forging to machining.

• Rocker shaft is produced with help of CNC, VMC, Induction Hardening, Centerless Grinding, Super Finish process etc.
• Rocker arm, Rocker Support are produced on CNC, VMC, and SPM for Toe Grinding and Bore Burnishing, Honing operation etc.
